Had lots of fun today making a faux butterfly specimen box

with watercolor, paper, bookboard and a couple of pins.

A perfect addition to our school/studio shelves :)

Just foolin' around with pastels again. This time on kraft paper and a bigger scale.

& printed them with archival inks onto gorgeous Fabriano Medioevalis cards
that measure 4.7" x 4.7 "
